Eastside Loop Trail Update

This trail segment was planned for construction this past summer. As it stands now, we're planning on 2009. This trails, with an estimated cost of $284,000, will be 80% funded by the DOT through a grant awarded in late 2006. 20% will be funded by Altoona Outdoors. We need approximately $30,000 more to make this trail happen.
